Our History
Sinaloa Roofing is a family-owned and operated roofing company based in Bonney Lake, Washington. Founded in October 2019 by Patricia Cervantes Rosales, Sinaloa Roofing was born out of Patricia’s determination to create a brighter future for her family and to build a business grounded in integrity, hard work, and community care.
Our Expertise
Patricia’s husband, along with a highly experienced team of roofers, forms the backbone of Sinaloa Roofing. With more than 25 years of roofing expertise, the crew has the skills to handle any project, from simple roof repairs to full-scale commercial installations. Sinaloa Roofing is a proud member of the Master Builders Association of Pierce County.
Many members of the team bring over two decades of experience, ensuring that every roof is installed with precision and durability in mind. Sinaloa Roofing has been recognized with awards from trusted manufacturers like GAF and Malarkey Roofing Products, having completed both of their certification programs. Sinaloa Roofing gladly provides a wide variety of roofing products in addition to GAF and Malarkey, such as IKO and PABCO.
Our Founder
Patricia’s journey reflects perseverance, sacrifice, and dedication. She began her education in Mexico but was unable to complete school before coming to the United States. Once here, she worked hard to earn her high school diploma, and later, raise her family.
Family has always been Patricia’s guiding purpose. She started Sinaloa Roofing to provide opportunities for her children and grandchildren that she did not have herself. By building a stable, respected business, she is creating a legacy that extends beyond roofing; one that reflects values of resilience, honesty, and love for family.
When she is not running the business, Patricia enjoys walking, exercising, going to the gym, cooking, and caring for her grandchildren. These moments with family inspire the passion and care she brings into her work every day. At the heart of Sinaloa Roofing is Patricia’s commitment to family and community. Her goal has always been to create something lasting for her children and grandchildren, while offering customers the same trust and reliability she would want for her own family.
